CoreRestore™
Feel powerful in your body, not held back by it.

Week 1 — Rewire
-
1.1 - Reset Your Foundation
This is where real restoration starts — not with crunches, but with precision. You'll retrain the coordination between your respiratory diaphragm and pelvic floor, two structures that need to move in sync for your core to function. Pelvic clock, spinal rotation, and your first deep core activation set the tone for everything ahead.
-
1.2 - Train the Pattern
Coordination is a skill, and this lesson builds it: glute bridges, dead bug progressions, and moving limbs while maintaining deep core engagement. Deceptively challenging work that lays the neuromuscular groundwork your strength phase depends on.
-
1.3 - Activate the Pelvic Floor
Targeted pelvic floor work joins the program. There are no kegels here. Instead, it’s functional activation: learning to engage, sustain, and release under load. Combined with the breath and core patterns from the first two lessons, this session completes your foundational toolkit.
-
-
Week 2 — Coordinate
-
2.1 - Go Upright
Gravity is now part of the workout. Kneeling squats and chair pose ask your core and pelvic floor to stabilize in positions that mirror real daily demand — while dead bug and quadruped progressions keep challenging coordination on the ground.
-
2.2 - Add Complexity
Bird dog, clamshells, light resistance, and pilates leg circles push your neuromuscular system to maintain control while multiple things move at once. This is where the pattern training from week 1 gets tested — and starts to stick.
-
2.3 - Full Integration
Thread the needle, full bird dog, pilates rolldown, a complete lower body sequence. This is the most demanding session yet — a full-body workout that proves the coordination you've been building is already translating into real, functional strength.
-
-
Week 3 — Load It
-
3.1 - Core Under Load
Air squats, wall sits, and glute bridge progressions bring real lower body loading into the session alongside your deep core work. Your pelvic floor and core have to maintain function under demand — exactly what they need to do in daily life.
-
3.2 - Raise the Bar
Single leg progressions, full dead bug, and longer isometric holds make this the hardest session of the phase. Your core isn't just switching on — it's sustaining engagement through increasingly complex, demanding movement sequences.
-
3.3 - Close Out Phase 1
Increasing the demand without compromising form or function. Knee hovers, pilates swimming, and a complete full-body flow. Three weeks of precise retraining have rebuilt the breath-functional movement connection. What happens in Phase 2 is only possible because of what you’ve completed so far.
-
-
Week 4 — Apply the Load
-
4.1 - Load the Foundation
Everything you trained in Phase 1 now gets loaded. Step back lunges, dead bug with isometric holds, and glute bridge pulses push the system harder — with your breath and pelvic floor working together as they’re designed to.
-
4.2 - Strengthen Every Plane
Push-up prep, pilates rollback, bird dog, and single leg work train rotational and lateral stability — the kind of multi-directional strength that actually protects your body when you're carrying, bending, and moving all day.
-
4.3 - Full Posterior Chain
Single leg bridges, a one-arm side plank, pilates swimming, and bent-knee teaser in one session. Your glutes, back, and core working in combination — not isolation — because that's how they function in real life.
-
-
Week 5 — Increase the Demand
-
5.1 - Progress Every Pattern
Dynamic bird dog, pilates swan, single leg glute bridge lifts, pilates swimming — every movement this week is a direct progression from where you started. The arc is deliberate, and by now you can feel exactly how far you've come.
-
5.2 - Single Side Strength
Single leg kneeling squats, single leg glute bridges, half side plank, pilates single leg teaser. Unilateral training exposes and corrects the asymmetries pregnancy creates — and builds the kind of balanced strength that holds up under real load.
-
5.3 - Full Load
Your first full high plank — combined with push-up prep, pilates swan, dead bug, and a complete lower body circuit. A clear, earned milestone. Six weeks ago this wasn't possible. Today it is.
-
-
Week 6 — Own It
-
6.1 - Add Resistance
Optional light weight enters the program — a heavy book works perfectly. Weighted kneeling squats, full rollup, knee hover with crawl, criss cross, and pilates saw. The most challenging core session in the program. You're ready for it.
-
6.2 - Feel How Far You've Come
Weighted dead bug, glute bridge progressions, pilates swimming alongside full plank and full side plank — a session that reflects exactly how much strength you've rebuilt over the past six weeks.
-
6.3 - Finish[ed] Strong
Single leg plank, double leg toe taps, weighted dead bug, complete full-body flow. You started with breath and precision. You finish with a body that's been systematically rebuilt from the inside out — stronger, more functional, and done with the symptoms that brought you here.
